Literature audit
We love to be involved, to be part of a team and work closely with our clients. But there are times when it’s not always practical. If a business is a prolific producer of marketing materials, it doesn’t make sense to design each one externally. So we admit, sometimes our clients are better off doing it themselves. But we can still help out.
We conducted a full literature audit, looking at the entire range of communications, what they said about the company and, most importantly, what the company wanted to say. We then worked together with Smith & Williamson to refresh its literature output creating a new, contemporary look and feel.
We developed a series of flexible templates, all supported by a set of clear, usable guidelines which covered everything from choosing photography to tone of voice. Using these digital templates, Smith & Williamson is now creating its own acclaimed professional communications covering over 30 titles per year.
